Acceptable Use Policy

Guidelines for using our services and the platforms we manage.

1. Purpose and Scope

This policy governs how clients and website visitors interact with Phos Digital services, platforms, and any systems we manage on their behalf. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with this policy.

This Acceptable Use Policy supplements our Terms of Service and applies to all services provided by Phos Digital.

2. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services or deliverables for:

  • Illegal activity or promotion of illegal products or services
  • Sending spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or chain communications
  • Distributing malware, conducting phishing, or engaging in deceptive practices
  • Content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights
  • Hate speech, harassment, threats, or discriminatory content based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
  • Misleading advertising, false claims, or deceptive marketing practices
  • Any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our systems or services

3. Client Content Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for the legality, accuracy, and appropriateness of all content they provide to us for use in marketing materials, websites, and advertising campaigns. This includes text, images, videos, testimonials, claims, and data.

By providing content, you represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions to use it.

4. Account and Credential Security

Clients must maintain the security of any accounts and credentials shared with or created by Phos Digital. To protect your accounts and our shared systems:

  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access or suspected security breaches
  • Do not share login credentials provided for project collaboration with unauthorized parties
  • Use strong, unique passwords for all shared accounts

5. Platform Compliance

All content and campaigns managed by Phos Digital must comply with the terms of service and advertising policies of third-party platforms, including but not limited to:

  • Google Ads policies
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising standards
  • Email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM Act, applicable anti-spam laws)
  • Any other platforms used in service delivery

Phos Digital will advise on compliance, but clients bear ultimate responsibility for the accuracy of claims made about their products and services.

6. Consequences of Violations

Violations of this policy may result in:

  • A written warning and request to remedy the violation
  • Temporary suspension of services until the issue is resolved
  • Immediate termination of services without refund for serious or repeated violations

Phos Digital reserves the right to remove or refuse to publish any content that violates this policy.

7. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it to anthony@phosdigital.co. We will investigate all reports and take appropriate action.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
