Accessibility Statement
Our commitment to making the web accessible for everyone.
Last Updated: February 17, 2026
1. Our Commitment
Phos Digital is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people of all abilities. We believe the web should be usable by everyone, and we continuously work to improve the accessibility of our website and the websites we build for our clients.
As a digital agency that helps businesses reach more people, accessibility is not just a legal consideration — it is core to our mission of bringing brands to light.
2. Standards We Follow
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
3. Measures We Take
To ensure our website is accessible to as many people as possible, we implement the following measures:
- Semantic HTML structure for proper content hierarchy and screen reader compatibility
- Descriptive alt text for all meaningful images
- Full keyboard navigation support throughout the site
- Sufficient color contrast ratios meeting WCAG AA standards
- Responsive design that adapts to different screen sizes and zoom levels
- Clear, readable typography with appropriate sizing
- Descriptive link text that makes sense out of context
- Form labels and error messages that are programmatically associated with their inputs
- Consistent and predictable navigation patterns
- No content that flashes more than three times per second
4. Known Limitations
While we strive for full WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance, some areas of our website may not yet be fully optimized. We are actively working to identify and resolve accessibility issues. If you encounter any barriers, we want to know about it.
5. Feedback and Contact
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of our website. If you encounter accessibility barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:
- Email: anthony@phosdigital.co
- Include "Accessibility" in the subject line
- Describe the issue and the page where you encountered it
We will respond within 5 business days and work to resolve the issue promptly.
6. How We Respond
When we receive accessibility feedback, here is what you can expect from us:
- We acknowledge receipt within 2 business days
- We assess the reported issue and determine the appropriate fix
- We implement the fix as quickly as feasible, prioritizing issues that significantly impact usability
- We follow up with you to confirm the issue has been resolved
7. Continuous Improvement
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time checklist. We regularly review and update our website using a combination of automated testing tools and manual review. We are committed to learning and improving as accessibility standards evolve.
We also apply these accessibility principles to the websites we build for our clients, because everyone deserves a web that works for them.
